Today is the day I decided to do something about my current situation. I love planning and discussing new things but when in comes to implementing them…let’s just say the procrastinator in me shows up 5 out of 10 times. I have talked about my weight gain with friends and family members for years (I’ve complained and complained) but never took serious action. I have purchased cook books, self help books, I’ve even switched up my eating habits, but I just keep going back to the Junk Food! I am a JUNKIE! And that is exactly what I’m eating….JUNK! I am addicted to those toxic sweet treats.
NO more…I am kicking that habit for good. Today is a new day, 3 days ago I was discussing with my husband about how I gotta do something about my addiction. I mentioned to him that I was tired of my arm constantly breaking out from eczema. I didn’t grow up with eczema but it seems that I am developing it around my body. You guys know that I am a natural health consultant so I know the tell tell signs and the precautions to take. Why I haven’t taken them you ask….I didn’t want to give up my drug! I thought to myself, if I eat healthy food along side my treats I would be fine. Maybe that works fine for others but my body is saying ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I hear it loud and clear and I am ready to listen. This is a new chapter to add in my book of life and I want the world to be apart of it. I will update this blog weekly with stories, recipes and videos. Please share your POSITIVE comments, words of encouragement or just check in to see how I am progressing. Stay tuned for more to come…
