Autumn Equinox 2020 Sistar circle

Join us in sacred circle for ritual and ancient African practices as we welcome Autumn Equinox by honoring the bounty and abundance given to us by the land and celebrate the reaping of what we've sown.

Come to this circle and experience:
 

• MEDITATION: We will begin each healing circle with a short guided meditation to calm and center our energy. 
• MOVEMENT: Is vital for the soul to remove and clear blockages and pent up negative energy. We will dance, stretch, or do some yoga poses. .
• INTIMATE SHARING: Sharing gives us a safe space to speak from the heart. In this space everyone is equal. We practice the skill of active listening to enhance other relationships through our lives.
• RITUAL: To commit to a gratitude practice and anoint ourselves to seal our vows to ourselves.
• CEREMONY: You will lead through a powerful Autumn Equinox Ritual.
• CELEBRATE: We will all celebrate you for all that you have done and become.

Studies have found that gathering together is a vital element in human life. Women are discovering its power for healing and experiencing the importance of feeling supported and surrounded by her tribe...COME JOIN US!
 
​Our ancestors lived in deep relationship with Nature and their lives physically and spiritually were guided by the seasons. We have made 3 Energetic Exchanges available to you in honor of where you find yourself in the seasonality of your own life.

1. Blessing honors the time of Autumn/Winter when we are post harvest and have just enough to sustain ourselves.
2. Exchange honors the time of Spring/Summer when our life is blossoming and we are able to share and exchange what we have with each other.
3. Offering honors the time of Summer/Autumn when we are harvesting and reaping the abundance of what we have cultivated and able to support ourselves and others in our community.

Would you like to participate but you're not local or you want to "social distance" yourself...you can still join us live (virtually in google hangouts), unfortunately we wont be able to give you the items we will use for ceremony and ritual, so we encourage you to participate with the 4 elements you have on hand (Fire...Candle, Air...Incense, Earth...Herbs or Crystals that correspond with Sagittarius waxing crescent Moon energy, and Water).
