I show you step by step how I make my all natural Elder Berry Syrup. Elder Berry Syrup is used for colds, flu, fever and other cold associated illnesses. This syrup is anti-viral and anti-oxidant, which basically means it helps to boost your immune system. To prevent sickness take 1tbs a day & if you are sick take 1tbs an hour. My syrup has never lasted more than a month, my children and husband love it...lol. Please refrigerate your syrup, it will last 3 weeks with no problems. I was told that it can last up to 2 months. Here is the recipe:
1/2 cup of dried elder berries (1 cup if your using fresh berries) 1 Cinnamon stick 5 Cloves 1 tbs Gogi berries 1 tbs Freshly grated ginger 2 cups Alkaline water or spring water...NO TAP! 3/4 cup Honey (local harvested)
