Directions:
- Take crystals out of bag and cleanse each stone individually (smudge, wash or use any other form of cleansing a crystal).
- After cleansing your crystals, hold crystal and set the intention for each stone (you can read from the kit card also included in your bag).
- Read Flower of Life info card...place Flower of Life symbol card on your altar or any other space where you will be working with your crystals.
- Hold your crystals or place them closely to you while you meditate.
