A Chakra is an Energy Center in the human body. There are 7 Main Chakra centers in the body. Each Chakra is connected to specific glands and organs of the body (which corresponds to our emotions).
Each Energy Center emits a vibrations. A lack of Energy in any of these Energy Points can create an imbalance, causing problems and illness.

Too much movement can show that a Chakra is too open; too little movement can show blockage or restriction of energy.
Apply your preferred Healing Modality (stone, oil, spray) and relax for, at least, 15 minutes. Retest the area and make note of the changes. Repeat as needed to maintain Chakra Health.
